Just let a friend use my Best Buy Rewards card to get their iPhone for $99. I feel like we beat the system somehow.
Trying to pick a book to read next. Any suggestions?

Apparently, talking badly about movie critics makes more of them follow me on twitter.

Interesting to see mixed reviews for the Watchman. Until you see why the reviews are mixed, that is. Movie critics are sort of idiots.
It’s now official, not going to SXSW this year anymore. Work deadline right in the middle. See you all at WWDC or Max.
The book I finished last night was “Soon I will be Invincible” I highly recommend it for fans of Super-hero/Super-villain stories.
Finished my first full length novel on the Kindle 2 last night. A thumbs up from me. Little differences from the original mean a lot.
Happy Birthday John Steinbeck. (d. 1968)
Home, fired up the gril, drinking a stout. Any chance I can just start my weekend now?
Robble Robble.
Watching my first Yankee game of the preseason on MLB.com. Glad they are switching off Silverlight for regular season, it looks like crap.

Slowly removing everyone I follow who Tweetblasts me. Five posts in 20 seconds is too much.
Finally got my Kindle 1 situated and working with my wife. Too mentally tired to play WoW tonight. Not that my guild will miss me ;-)
Been talking to people all day. Tired of talking and listening, want to actually do some work.
Happy Birthday Ric Flair. (60)
Kindle keeps reading Amazon-dot-com as Amazon-point-com. Hilarity has ensued in our very particular home.
The text to speech feature on the new Kindle sounds like a robot from the late eighties. Hello Professor Falken.
Initial impression of the new Kindle is that it’s made better. Someone applied the lessons learned well. Even the charger is nicer.
My next favorite thing is that Amazon detected that I already owned a Kindle and automatically sent upgrade instructions to my new device.
Have contacted the people who I can currently give chi.mp invites to, but now trying to play matchmaker for more.
